Commercial disclosure
This page is the disclosure required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for the prepaid usage credit (prepaid balance) that creators buy by card from KUMODeck. KUMODeck is operated by the KUMODeck operator ("we").

Refunds and cancellation#
Prepaid credit is an advance payment for a digital service, so as a rule we do not accept cancellations or refunds after payment. Where the law requires a refund, we follow the law. We also refund in these cases:
- Before you pay: close Stripe's checkout page and you are not charged (the checkout page expires after one hour).
- When you close your account: we return your unused balance.
- After that month's usage fees are finalized (around the 3rd of the next month at the latest), what you added by card is refunded to that card as a partial refund of the original payment.
- We refund the unused part of what that top-up added to your balance (the processing fee is not returned).
- If you still owe us anything (such as unpaid usage fees), that is paid first and the rest is refunded.
- Anything that cannot be refunded to the card (for example, when the original payment is disputed with the card issuer) stays in the balance and we review it individually.
- Auto top-up stops when you close the account.
- Invite credit (credit received with an invite code) can only pay usage fees. It cannot be refunded or withdrawn, and it is removed when you close your account.

System requirements#
- Dashboard (sign-up, top-ups, settings): a web browser with JavaScript turned on.
- CLI (
kumodeck): Node.js 22 or later. - Using it from an AI agent: an AI agent that supports MCP (Claude Code, Codex and others). See Use from an AI agent (MCP).
Topping up needs a KUMODeck account whose email address has been confirmed. Closed accounts cannot top up.
